We will start the practice session with a proper warm-up to prevent injuries. Dynamic stretching and light cardio exercises can help prepare your muscles for the activity.

Depending on the team's size, you will be assigned a seat in the dragon boat. You might be assigned to the front, middle, or back of the boat. Our coach or team leader will guide you to your place.

Dragon boating is a physically demanding sport. You will use your core, upper body, and leg muscles during paddling. Practice will take about 2 hours. So, be prepared for a good workout.
